New Enhancement on Herbalife Marketing Plan

I am going to summarize the Herbalife Marketing Plan new enhancement that is newly implemented by Herbalife which take effect starting 1st October 2009.

1) There is only discounts of 25%, 35%, 42% and 50%.
To get 25% is purchasing 0 - 499vp.
To get 35% is purchasing 500vp - 1,999vp
If accumulate 2000vp or more will entitled 42% discounts for that particular month.

2) New ranking called "Qualified Producer".
This ranking is below the Supervisor ranking. It looked like this: Distributor > Qualified Producer > Supervisor. Qualified Producer entitled 42% discounts on all products. To achieve this ranking, accumulate 2500vp within 1-3 months). This position will need to re-qualify every year and the period for re-qualify to retain the buying privilege of 42%.

3) New method to promote to Supervisor ranking.
Accumulate 5000vp within 12 months; or minimum 3 months required. Then will entitled 50% on all products. Re-qualify the Supervisor ranking is the same like before.

Fuuhhh! I love the new enhancements. I can smell more sales will be coming in with this Herbalife Marketing Plan.

It has been 1 year and 9 months that I involved myself in this business on a full time basis. Without realizing, it is coming to 2 years. Ok being busy body again today over the phone. I asked them.. is this all the Herbalife Malaysia staffs? Yes, it is. I said "Wow, so few people only". The staff over the phone told me that it is more compared to Singapore Herbalife staffs.

Anyway, noticed that I put circles around those people's face? Those in white circles are the warehouse guys who will pack your products when you collect your products from Herbalife Office.

The one circled in blue are the front counter staffs which are the familiar faces that you can see if you walk in to Herbalife Office to purchase the products. They are also those who processed your email orders.

The one in Yellow is the one usually pick up your phone calls when you are calling in.

The rest that have no circles, I saw them in the office but don't know who they are. Not forgetting, the guy in white coat is Dr Ronie Tan (The Vice President & Managing Director for Herbalife Malaysia & Singapore.)

Who knows me? Of course the warehouse guys where every time pick up product must see them! Then, the first yellow circle from your left. That lady knows me very well because of my blog that got someone complaint about me that I have to meet up with her to sign the acceptance of the complaint letter! Geeessh.. until today, I do not know who did that to me! Well, is her that I got the chance to visit the back office of the Herbalife to meet her superior then got some lecture from them. I managed to saw the office where handling calls are being made. I can tell you, the office behind there is very small!

The warehouse guy answered me "because it is easily melt". Then I asked him again "you people tried it out?" The guy just nodded his head.. Maybe I am just too annoying!

Drink Water? No! I Hate To Go To Toilet!

I met some of my customers recently, they told me that they hardly or difficult drink water.. like 250ml water per day only. When I told them that when they are on the weight management program, drinking more water is very important, if not the results could be very slow. It is something that we need to change, as water is very important to our health because our body consist of 70% of water. If our body is dehydrated, cravings for sweet drinks, sweet junk food or cravings for unhealthy food will be in your head.

By drinking sufficient plain water, it can helps to get rid of those unnecessary cravings and also hunger.

I do understand that our office is very cold, we do not sweat, and we don need to drink so much of water, the toilet is far from our sitting place.. I would say all these are reasons for us not to drink water. Just think, one day, we are really sick, will our boss care about us? Well, they will tell us, I'm sorry you can't work for our company anymore, out you go! By then, do you feel regret that during your working time, you did not take good care of your own health??

So start changing your habits and learn to drink more water... Take good care of ourselves before is too late. I am sure you wouldn't want to visit the kidney dialysis center every week?

When speaking Malay, my friends likes to laugh at me about the way I speak. So, I feel so not confident to speak malay and each time I speak, I remembered how they laughed at me!

That is why, when meeting up with you girls.. I always tends to speak English..
1) I can explain better in English..
2) When speaking malay.. some how my brain is doing input and output. Meaning to say that when I wanted to say one word in malay, first of all is english word that came to my mind.. then it goes into the brain and translate it into malay.. then i managed to speak it out.. so, when speaking.. it is like kinda slow..

Amilia, Nurul and Fiza

Yesterday night, had an appointment with Amilia to deliver her products and we have set the venue at Jaya Jusco Alpha Angle Wangsa Maju at 8pm. Amilia is a newbie..

Actually I planned to leave the house earlier to deliver products to Fiza then meet up with Amilia. Because I am chatting over YM with one of my friend, that is why I am late!

So, thinking what to do?! Not nice to keep people waiting, so I decided to pick Amilia up at Jusco and then bring her to meet Fiza. And thank god, Amilia agreed.

Thanks to Fiza for sharing her stories to Amilia and me! That is about an hour standing at the road side, haha! But it is an interesting chat.. I am sure, if we have similar kind of gatherings to share about our experiences with Herbalife shakes, it would be great.

Without realizing time passed so fast and it is around 9.30pm already. Need to make a move because meeting up with Nurul. Amilia followed to meet another new friend. Nurul did shared her own stories to Amilia. Thanks to Nurul too!

Yesterday night is the busiest for me because delivered products to 3 people! Indeed an interesting night for me...

Stella: Is the Lemon Protein Bar discontinued?
Warehouse Guy: At this moment, Lemon Protein Bar is not available. But in future, not sure will they have it or not.

So, those did not tried the Lemon Protein Bar, don't be sad..This time, we have the Peanut Chocolate Protein Bar.. so don't missed the chance again.. Try it! But sad to say.. only good for those people in KL cause the protein bar can only be picked up at Herbalife Hq...

I Am Not Scaring You!

I went back to my hometown on the 21st Dec midnight and came back to KL on the 1st Jan evening. So, my number of days in Kuching is around 10 days. After 10 days in Kuching enjoying my mom's cooking which makes me overeat even though I am feeling full, ate a lot of rice.. and add on with those health shakes added with fruits, milk, yogurt drinks, fruit juices..less drinking plain water.. And the results is.. I gained FATSS! I didn't weigh myself as my weighing scale is already at somewhere else..

How I know? This morning, wear my working pants. Sheesshh! The thigh part there is getting tight!!!!! Oh my.. no wonder I also notice my stomach a bit bulging out!! Before this, the pants is kinda comfortable as not tight, and waist there also like got 1 inches of free space.. Now not anymore!!!

Now I have New Year Resolution also! LOSE WEIGHT! SHAPE UP! LOSE WEIGHT! SHAPE UP! Let's LOSE WEIGHT TOGETHER and SHAPE UP TOGETHER!

Are you all still trying to lose weight for the past 1-2 years ago but still did not get any results up to today? I know a lot of people "WISH" to lose weight, and not "WANT" to lose weight. That is the reason why many of them still did not get any desired results that they wanted.

UNSATURATED FATS (Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated)

Monounsaturated Fats

Monounsaturated fats are liquid at room temperature but firm up when cooled in the refrigerator. They are generally considered healthier fats and are found mainly in plant sources such as nuts and avocados, as well as olive, peanut and canola oils. Like all fats, monosaturated fats are high in calories. If you increase the amount of monosaturated fats in your diet, be mindful of your overall intake in order to manage your weight.

Polyunsaturated Fats

Polyunsaturated fats can be either liquid or soft at room temperature, and are found in plant oils such as safflower, sunflower, corn, flaxseed and canola oils, as well as in seafood. Polyunsaturated fats include the Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9. In addition to providing energy, EFAs are part of the structure of every cell in our bodies. We need EFAs to achieve & maintain a healthy heart; they are also essential for the healthy function of the brain, eyes, skin, joints, hair and the immune system. SATURATED FATS

Quick tips from the doctor:

Increase the amount of Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.
Limit your intake of saturated fats.

Tropical Fruit Day..

I am still trying my best to make a very nice recipe for the Tropical Fruit flavour. Just now, so greedy that I put 1 green apple and 1 slice of pineapple + 4 ice cubes + 400ml of plain water.. Blend it.. Then I put in 3 scoops F1 + 1 scoop F3.

The taste.. still normal.. still can taste the Tropical Fruit taste..nothing special..But, very full.. Burrpp... really fulll....

Then in the evening, went to the newly open mall in Kuching, Boulevard Mall.. I bought Marigold Mix Berry Yogurt Drink and Mix Vegetable Yogurt Drink.

When I reached home, feeling hungry.. Then, I put 200ml of the Mix Berry Yogurt Drink + 4 ice cubes + 200ml plain water. Blend it.. Then add in 2 Scoops F1 Tropical Fruit + 1 scoop F3.

As for the taste.. hmmm.. I would say Ok ler.. nothing special.. but at least the taste of the Tropical Fruit is not that strong.. Or maybe I am immune to the Tropical Fruit taste already.. Hehe..

Today, 29th December 2007, I tried to search using the same keywords again, and Pheww~~ There is improvement, now my blog is listed on the bottom of the first page of the search results.

I am wondering, how many people will be searching for a Herbalife Blogger's article on Herbalife information? Or how many people will be searching for Herbalife Blogs' by Herbalife Independent Distributors? F1 Chocolate + Instant Brown Rice Beverage

I remembered my upline told me can mix with 3 in 1 cereals. Since I am at home, so I tried to find for any 3 in 1 beverage.. Ahh! I found it..

Nature's Own : Instant Brown Rice Beverage (Minuman Segera Serbuk Beras Perang)

How I make it..
1) Open up the sachet.
2) Mix hot water to dissolve the instant brown rice
3) Mix normal room temp water about 300ml to make it more dilute
4) Mix it well to avoid the lumpy lumpy thing from the instant brown rice.
5) The beverage is a bit warm.. then put into the blender.
6) Add in 2 scoops F1 + 1 scoop F3.
7) Blend it to mix it well.

Now ready to drink. Hmm... it taste very sweet, I just don't know why..
But it taste like Chocolate Brown Rice Beverage.. overall, the taste is not bad.. with added Chocolate flavour.. hehe!

Marigold Strawberry Yogurt + Tropical Fruit?

Since in the fridge got the Marigold Strawberry Yogurt, so might as well use it to experiment different taste of shakes.

Marigold Strawberry Yogurt (1 small tub) + 100ml plain water + 100ml milk + 4 ice cubes then blend. Then add in 2scoops of F1 Tropical Fruit + 1 scoop of F3 then blend.

What is the taste? Very sour and very sweet..!
